When you rent an ATV or Side-by-Side from us, you're gearing up for an unforgettable off-road adventure. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a first-timer, our well-maintained vehicles cater to all skill levels and preferences.
Rental Process
Once you have booked your reservation, we will contact you directly to arrange pick-up or delivery of the vehicles. We will deliver free to Throttle Therapy at Lake Anna or within 20 miles of Pleasants Landing Marina at Lake Anna, Virginia.
To expedite the rental check-out process, please have all participating parties print and complete the waivers that you will find at the bottom of the page.
Upon drop off, we will guide you through the rental process, ensuring that you have all the necessary safety equipment and providing a thorough orientation on operating the vehicle. We prioritize safety, so helmets and other protective gear are a must for all riders. You can bring your own protective equipment, or you can request equipment when we confirm your reservation.

We offer daily, multi-day, and weekly rental packages.

NO PROBLEM! We will provide detailed information on how to operate the vehicle.

If you are renting the ATV, only one person is permitted on the vehicle at a time. If you are renting the side-by-side, two people are permitted on the vehicle.

You are more than welcome to if you have protective equipment, but if not we will provide a helmet and goggles for your protection.

Lakeside Adventures & Rentals does not have property designated for the use of the vehicles.
The ATV or side-by-side can be utilized either by renting the property at Throttle Therapy at Lake Anna or, if you have another location in mind, we can arrange for delivery or you can transport the vehicles to the pre-approved location.

To drive the equipment you must be at least 16 years of age with a valid drivers license.
To rent the equipment you must be at least 25 years of age.
If a passenger is riding in the side-by-side, please inform us of their age for approval if under the age of 16.
